Lagos tracker: Ongoing construction of multiple layby in Ketu to be completed in 2018

The ongoing construction of multiple layby in Ketu started in June 2017 and it is expected to be completed in May 2017, (12 months). Fountain Construction Company is the contractor in charge of the project. The Lagos state government might be shifting the BRT bustop on the road to the layby when completed, possibly to free the road, and reduce traffic congestion. The present state of the project is depicted in the pictures below.
