#Beinvolved: The Dummies guide to getting your PVC

You are a starter, you have not registered before, getting your PVC is not as long as you think. You are just five steps away from it. See our dummies guide to getting your PVC.

Step 1

Go to the nearest INEC LGA office around you any day excluding weekends and public holidays between the hours of 9am t0 3pm. Go with a means of identification such as Birth or baptismal certificate; National Passport, Identity Card or Driver’s License.

Step 2

You will be issued a Temporary Voters Card (TVC) after your registration

Step 3

Click this link http://voterreg.inecnigeria.org/ to be sure your name has been updated on the voters’ register. Those that have registered before now or have gotten their PVC can also check the register to confirm that their names are still there.

Step 4

Click this link to verify your PVC status http://www.inecnigeria.org/?page_id=2160

Step 5

Once your PVC is ready, go to your Polling Unit based on the information in step 4 and present them your TVC to get your PVC.

With this, you are ready to vote.
