Borno LGAs also receive allocation, it is particularly important to ask questions on what exactly these funds are used for given the insurgency going on in the state. Are these funds only used to pay local government staffs, especially those in Boko Haram prone areas where local government administration are practically non existent, some of these areas are considered to be ungoverned territories, yet in the books, monies are being allocated to a local government with little or no presence.
