Idi-Araba in Surulere was flooded after the rain today due to the blocked drainage network.
This led to a gridlock on the Idi-Araba road. It is also worthy of note that the flood also affected the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital gate. The bad state of the road that leads to LUTH particularly complicates the situation and causes the flood situation to linger on that section of the road even when it has receded in other places.
