Only very few states like Abia, Edo has the 2016 budget on their website, while states like lagos only have the summary or abridged budget from 2008 till 2016. Lagos state government on their website has few completed budget from 2008 to 2011, while the full budgets for 2012 to 2016 is not made public on the state’s website.
Kaduna has a tradition of Open data, there is another portal called open Kaduna where you can download approved Kaduna budget from 2010 to 2017.
Most of the states do not have their budget directly on their website, but their budget could be accessed through other online sources like budgit. In fact only very few states has their budget on their own websites.
Based on the above, only Kaduna has its approved 2017 budget on its website, other states such as Lagos and Ekiti, though their budgets has been signed, yet it has not been made public.
