Agbado flyover project is one of the five flyover projects in the Ifo area of Ogun state. The project which was said to have been started in the first term of former Governor Ibikunle Amosun according to residents is yet to be completed.
The project which is now an environmental menace has further complicated the movement of people and goods in that section of the state. Sometimes it is better not to start a project than to leave it uncompleted or abandoned. Usually when a project is abandoned for a while, it cost more to complete.
The problem that the state government intend to solve with this project has further been complicated, and there are no guarantee that the present administration have this project mind. Apart from this project, the condition of the Agbado road is nothing to write home about.
We are calling on the Ogun state government to address the condition of public infrastructure in this section of the state.
