The Lambe flyover project is still ongoing, though the speed of work on the project is appalling. The project according to residents was started seven years ago, and a completion date is not in sight.
The present status of the project is affecting the social relations of the people in Lambe community, their roads were bad before now, but the situation has been further aggravated given the fact of delay in the completion of the flyover. Ogun state government abandoned the project for a while without any explanation but returned to it few months after.
Residents can only hope that the Lambe project is finished in time so as to address the navigation difficulty experienced in the community.
