Below is the video of the project. There are controversies on whether the government is done with the project, since the canal is halfway done. Residents said the canal extends to mile 12, and the project has not been extended to that stretch. The site engineer when contacted said they had finished their work up to the point where they were supposed to finish, that the other part undone would probably be awarded again if work is to continue.
