President Buhari once said that if we don’t kill corruption, corruption would kill Nigeria. The enormity of the corruption cases unraveled in the country on a daily basis is alarming especially given the amount involved, yet none of these high profile corruption cases has nailed any of the alleged culprit. This spur argument in some quarters on the necessity of a special court to try corruption cases.
Ymonitor conducted a poll on this, where we asked the question “Do we need a special court to try corruption cases?”. Seventy percent of our followers voted yes, twenty-four percent voted no while six percent voted that the issue is complicated.
