The tanker drivers said bad state of the Apapa road is the reason for the gridlock, claiming that that they don’t have any issue with the state. The state has not given any official explanation for this. The situation has spilled down to Costain and now Ikorodu road with no end in site. Although many feel this is more like a federal government issue, but one would have thought the state will take responsibility
