Lagos tracker: Layby construction and market place in Ketu-Photos

The ongoing construction of layby and market place in Ketu led to the pushing back of the roadside market. From all indications, even the present place where the sellers gather will be affected by the project. The layby project is almost complete though May 2018 is the completion date set. The Project is being managed by Fountain Construction Company.
