Refuse is perhaps gradually returning to Lagos streets, it is not difficult to see large chunk of refuse in street corners, in Lagos. Presently most drainage network in Surulere especially in Mushin area are blocked by refuse. Idi-Araba, Lawanson are also not excluded. Lagos has perhaps relax its environmental laws.
Our reporter went round to take pictures of such places where refuse are indiscriminately dumped, some of the pictures are below. Some twitter users also reacted to the refuse situation in Lagos.
