Pothole Tracker
The project tracks potholes in three states, Lagos, Ogun and Oyo, this would serve as a pilot phase for this activity. Representatives in each of the states were especially dedicated to tracking roads with potholes and reporting it on YMonitor.com website with pictures and graphical details that makes the information easy to access and understand.

Online Based Community Information
With this, YMonitor made available the full details of all the 360 lawmakers in the Nigerian House of Assemblies and that of the 109 members of the Senate. The details published include their names, phone address, email, constituency office, and constituency projects so that people with this information can hold them accountable.
All the details were published on the website. They were also designed into infographics to make it easy to access and user-friendly. Citizens and civil society organizations like Enough is Enough also reached out to us for this information.
Data Satires
Over 60 data satires were posted, far more than our target for two quarters. The satires were to complement YMonitor’s policy infographics as well as to amplify accountability and transparency. Critical national issues and data were represented in satirical data to drag people’s attention and to call the government out.
A special portal was created on YMonitor for the satires, and our Instagram handle was used to promote the satires. We had lots of engagement on the satires. We have 100, 000 engagements on the satires on the websites, and 30,700 engagements on our social media.
YMonitor Show on Rubbin’ Minds
The program holds quarterly on Channels TV (12-time best television station in Nigeria).
It enables guest speakers to highlight divergent accountability and transparency issues such as the national budget, abandoned projects, as well as local government autonomy. The viewership of the show ranges between 6million to 10 million people on Terrestrial Cable and Sky News UK.)
End of the Year Forum
The Nigerian Symposium for Young and Emerging Leaders is an exchange of ideas and knowledge-driven by a leadership question that concerns emerging leaders. It convenes approximately 500 participants who actively engage public service officers to promote development.
The forum in 2019 is one of the most engaging with one of the most prominent members of the federal Ministers in attendance, Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, the Minister of Transportation.
