Our Country people!!!
We heard the village town-crier calling out “again” about another set of Missing Monies. The monies, made of paper, has a habit of jumping out of where it’s kept & allocated for into the pockets of lawmakers; it’s the spirituality of it for us. It was last seen inside the Treasury Single Account, to clarify.
The Auditor-General, frightened by the constant disappearing act of huge sums of monies, has raised some queries about the missing “papers”. According to investigations, the “exchangeable paper” went missing, after clocking attendance at some Ministries, then Department and even stopped by some government Agencies. Waka waka, right?
Like glue, these “papers” possibly could have stuck themselves into the pockets of some public officers. “Possibly o”
However, it is the fault of the paper for not screaming for help when it got stuck.
The Auditor General of Nigeria has recently announced that ₦526 billion and $21 billion are missing in the Treasury Single Account (TSA). This is a public service announcement. Kindly check your pockets for stuck papers and report to the Auditor General of the Federation.
