YMonitor Issue 098: Bring Back Our Money

When it comes to stirring up another problem while the dust of one has not even settle, Nigeria bleeders in the guise of leaders never disappoint. As an average Nigerian, you sleep with one eye open because of the incessant kidnappings, killings, and insurgency going on all around, only to wake up to another sabotaging move from those that were supposed to be getting the nation out of the shit-hole.

So, I ask myself, is it that they find joy in our sadness? Or bask happily in the aura of our unhappiness? Because there’s no explanation for a set of nonchalant leaders who failed in their most basic duty, and were given a second chance to redeem their faces only to mess it up again like an herd of goats. Some of the Chibok girls are still missing, and so is N500 million meant for preventing future occurrences through the Safe School Initiative.

Our leaders are just like the proverbial figure bestowed with the title of ‘the Hawk’ who then fails to catch chickens. Anyways, the search continues, we have to BRING BACK OUR GIRLS AND MONEY!
