The state government perhaps still has more than 25 days to fine tune their intention to close all IDP camps in the state by the end of the month.
Perhaps it is important the state also take advantage of the federal government social security scheme by including the names of some of the IDPs that are economically vulnerable and poor in the list of those to benefit from the Federal government N5000 monthly stipends for the poor.
Most of the states with the IDP menace are probably looking forward to close down their camps, and Adamawa would be setting the pace if they successfully close the IDP camps in the state and effective empower the victims.
But the the extent to which this can be realized would be determined at the end of January.
