In Ogun, the fringes of the state live with their deficit infrastructure as if it were normal. They usually don’t expect that their roads can be fixed, or other infrastructures they lack could be provided.
It’s a norm, every one seems to have found alternative to government and settled with the reality without questioning. This is the situation with road like Adigbe in Abeokuta. It’s a major road, but it does not look like something that can be fixed in time.
We hope policy makers sees this and prove us wrong.
