The peculiarities I like about Nigerian Highways are how well-paved and organised they are, by a network of beautiful and dual carriageways, with an array of scintillating street lights that can be compared to what obtains in many cities elsewhere, even the first world countries.
One would wonder if 250 billion will be enough to maintain this wonderful “pet” annually. Anyways, I guess the highways are our national treasures, so the high maintenance is just an austerity measure.
