YMonitor project tracker: Count down to the completion of Ojota second pedestrian bridge

The contractors continue to intensify work on the second pedestrian bridge at Ojota, perhaps to deliver the project before the beginning of 2017. YMonitor would begin a countdown on the work until it is completed.
