For over a decade since the Freedom of Information (FOI) was passed into law in Nigeria, no fewer than 16 states are yet to domesticate it or create similar and parallel mechanisms that serve to promote transparency and accountability in government.

#OnOurRadar today, we present the states yet to domesticate the FOI Act as well as the conflicting judicial pronouncements.
